No Competition:Who would have ever thought the state that gave you the ultimate campaigner would have the most restrictive ballot access laws in the country? Well you guessed it the USSA, or Alabama. You would think this idea came from Baghdad. And for a first term representative, like Mr. Guin you know he's got it going on.The last House and Senate election you had eight candidates in the central section of Alabama that didn't have any opposition. Yes that's legislators for life thanks to House Bill 66.
